WINTER design incorporates a subtle two-tone taffeta that appears different in color depending on the viewing angle. The waistline is brought down to the hip line, and rich shirring is added to the area where volume needs to be emphasized. 

The skirt flares out generously, and the hem is treated with a sturdy horsehair to create a dramatic Silhouette. Styling with black velvet tape can enhance a chic and mannish richness to the design.
